Dale A. Kunkel, DDS
Dr. Dale Kunkel is originally from Corpus Christi, TX. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and has been serving patients in Missouri for over 35 years.
Providing exceptional and comprehensive dental care to his patients has always been Dr. Kunkel's primary focus, and he hand-selects his staff members to ensure that they have the same passion and dedication for serving patients that he does.
Dr. Kunkel is a family man, and when he's not taking care of patients, he also enjoys swimming, hunting, fishing, and cattle ranching.
Dr. Colin Mitchell, DDS
Dr. Colin Mitchell was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended undergraduate school at Harding University where he majored in Exercise Science before heading to St. Louis to attend dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, he moved to Rogers, Arkansas and joined Four States Dental Care in September of 2019.
"There is nothing quite like the feelings of helping someone attain a health smile, or have more confidence in their smile," says Dr. Mitchell. "It's the best part of my job!"
Dr. Mitchell and his wife welcomed their first child, a boy, in August of 2019. His current hobbies include snuggling his son and changing dirty diapers.
Human Resource Director/Business Administrator
Emiley is originally from Neosho, MO, and she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Management, and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Health-Science Business.
She enjoys working with her team at Four States Dental Care and sharing the common goal of providing patients with highest-quality dental care possible.
In her spare time, Emiley enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her niece and nephew, and having game nights with friends.
Front Office Lead / Patient Care Coordinator
Aubrey is originally from Augusta, KS, and has been with Four States Dental Care for over three years; however, she's been working in the dental field since she was 16 years old. She trained as a dental assistant in the dental office where her mother worked. She also trained over the years to coordinate patient care and assist with oral surgery and hygiene. Her favorite part of her job is taking care of patients.
In her free time, she loves watching her children play sports. When she's not at the ball field, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and attending services at Hope City Church.
Clinical Supervisor / Dental Assistant - EFDA
Janet lives in Neosho and received her dental assistant training from Franklin Technology Center. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients feel good about their treatment and confident about their smiles.
Janet can be found spending quality time with her family when she's not taking care of patients.
Gina lives in Neosho and has been with Four States Dental Care for over two years. Gina loves the challenge and variety that her job provides. She feels there is always more to learn, and she enjoys educating patients about their dental health.
Gina can be found traveling with her kids and fishing, hunting, or jogging when she's not at the dental office.
Marisol is originally from Topeka, KS and has been with Four States Dental Care since 2013. Marisol enjoys serving the community and loves seeing the confidence that a beautiful and healthy smile can give a patient. She is here to help you reach your dental treatment goals!
Serving others is what Marisol does in her spare time. She enjoys translating for the Hispanic community whenever she can, and she volunteers at Hope Kitchen every chance she gets. Marisol also loves reading, dancing, cooking, attending church, and spending time with family. She especially treasures her time with her nieces and nephews making crafts or playing games because she loves children!
Alyssa is from Anderson, MO. She is our hygiene coordinator in Neosho. She enjoys giving patients the best care possible and assisting them with all of their scheduling needs.
When Alyssa isn't at the dental office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, espeically her son Zaidyn.
Whitney has lived in Diamond, MO since she was 15 years old. She received her training from Missouri Southern State University and has been a dental hygienist with Four States Dental Care for nearly ten years.
Whitney can honestly say that she LOVES cleaning teeth! She enjoys creating beautiful smiles through dental cleanings and loves connecting with her patients on a personal level and improving their lives even in the tiniest way. It is also her goal to make sure everyone in her chair feels comfortable knowing that their health is her top priority.
When she's not caring for patients, Whitney loves traveling with her husband, who is also her high school sweetheart. She also enjoys playing with her beautiful fur babies (especially at the creek), photography, and creating beautiful things out of nothing by crafting, redoing furniture, and building things.
Sara is originally from Joplin, MO, and she's been with Four States Dental Care since 2005 when she started as a financial coordinator. She received her dental hygiene training from Ozark Technical Community College.
Sara loves getting to know her patients on a personal basis, which allows her to help them achieve their health goals.
In her spare time, Sara can be found spending time with her husband and children. However, she does love crafting with friends!
Laci lives in Neosho, and she received her dental hygiene training from Missouri Southern State University. What she loves best about her job as a dental hygienist is connecting with her patients and making a difference in their dental health.
When Laci is not with patients, she loves doing anything outdoors with her husband and three children.
Aspyn is originally from Seneca, MO, and she received her training from Tulsa Dental Assisting School. Aspyn loves everything about her job, but especially the relationships she creates with her patients and coworkers.
Shopping is Aspyn's favorite thing to do when she's not taking care of patients. However, she also spends a great deal of time with her family and friends.
Sierra is from Hurley, MO, and she received her training from Midwest Technical Institute.
Sierra has always loved teeth! She enjoys coming to work every day to help patients improve their smiles and build their confidence.
Family means everything to Sierra, so when she's not taking care of patients, you'll find her spending time with her younger brothers and supporting her boyfriend in roping and rodeos.
Debbie lives in Pierce City and has been a part of the Four States Dental Care team for three years. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is watching children grow up in the practice.
You will find Debbie spending time with her grandchildren when she's not at the dental office.

Cheri lives in Monett, MO, and received her training from Everest College. She's a dental assistant at Four States Dental Care, and she enjoys the connections she makes each day with her patients and coworkers.
Cheri loves spending time with her family when she's not taking care of patients at the dental office.

Jennifer is a dental assistant at Four States Dental Care, who is passionate about helping her patients feel confident about their dental health and smiles.
Outside of the dental office, Jennifer loves spending time with her family. She says, "We are a patriotic family who loves animals and the outdoors."
Allison is from Baxter Springs, KS. She has been a dental assistant for two years. Her favorite part about being a dental assistant is helping her patients get a smile that they truly love.
In her free time, you can find Allison enjoying the outdoors or reading her favorite book.
