Dale A. Kunkel, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Dale Kunkel is originally from Corpus Christi, TX. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and has been serving patients in Missouri for over 35 years.

Providing exceptional and comprehensive dental care to his patients has always been Dr. Kunkel's primary focus, and he hand-selects his staff members to ensure that they have the same passion and dedication for serving patients that he does.

Dr. Kunkel is a family man, and when he's not taking care of patients, he also enjoys swimming, hunting, fishing, and cattle ranching.

Dr. Mouni Damineni, DDS

Associate Dentist

Dr. Mouni was born and raised in India. She graduated with Bachelors in Dental Surgery in 2015 from KLE University in India. She moved to America in 2016 and completed her Masters of Science in Administration in 2018. In 2021, she graduated from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with her Doctor of Dental Surgery. 

Dr. Mouni enjoys continuing education, and she likes to stay up-to-date and current with the ever changing technology in dentistry to provide quality care to all of her patients. 

In her spare time, she likes to travel and try different cuisines.

Dr. Richa Singhania

Associate Dentist

Dr. Richa Singhania is originally from India and brings a global perspective and strong passion for preventative oral health to the Four States Dental Care team. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India, evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. DDS/DMD degree, and later earned a MSPP (Health Policy) from Georgia Institute of Technology. She then completed her dental residency at University of California, San Francisco. 

With over a decade of experience in the dental profession, Dr. Singhania has worked across both clinical and community settings, consistently staying up to date with advancements in the field. Her background spans general dentistry, public heath programs, dental research, and oral health education for children and families.

Dr. Singhania has a special passion for helping patients overcome dental anxiety and believes that empowering individuals with oral health knowledge can positively impact their over well-being. She finds her greatest joy in building trust, forming meaningful patient relationships, and ensuring that every dental visit is a positive and comfortable experience.

Emiley

Human Resource Director/Practice Manager

Emiley is originally from Neosho, MO. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in May of 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Management, and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Health-Science Business. She graduated from Stayer University with a Masters of Business Administration in September of 2023.

She enjoys working with the teams at Four States Dental Care. Her favorite part of her job is seeing team members grow and thrive in the dental world and give patients the best experience possible. 

In her spare time, Emiley enjoys spending time with her family, reading and going on walks. She has two daughters that keep her very busy when she is not at the office.

Danielle

Office Manager

Danielle was born and raised in Joplin, MO. She has been in the dental field for three years. Danielle's favorite part of working in the dental field is that there is no better feeling than giving patients their smile and confidence back. 

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and working out is her passion.

Shannon

Bookkeeper

Shannon was born and raised in Neosho and has resided here most of her life. She has 30 years of experience in accounting, and she joined FSDC in April of 2021. She enjoys working with all three offices and helping to manage the business side of operations. 

Shannon has been married for 21 years to her husband, Eric. Together they have four children, one grandson, two spoiled huskies and one boxer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the lake, hiking, biking or at her kids sporting events.

Marisol

Scheduling Specialist Supervisor

Marisol is originally from Topeka, KS and has been with Four States Dental Care since 2013. Marisol enjoys serving the community and loves seeing the confidence that a beautiful and healthy smile can give a patient. She is here to help you reach your dental treatment goals!

Serving others is what Marisol does in her spare time. She enjoys translating for the Hispanic community whenever she can, and she volunteers at Hope Kitchen every chance she gets. Marisol also loves reading, dancing, cooking, attending church, and spending time with family. She especially treasures her time with her nieces and nephews making crafts or playing games because she loves children!

Shelby

Human Resources Assistant

Shelby was born and raised in Neosho, MO. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Health-Science Business Life. She joined FSDC in 2024. 

She is married to her highschool sweetheart and together they have two beautiful daughters. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake, thrifting and helping her husband Brett with his auction business.

Scheduling Coordinator

Hope was born and raised in Southwest Missouri. She currently resides in Neosho with her two kids, Remi and Kolt. When she is not in the office you can find her hanging out with family and friends. 

Hope is excited to continue to expand her dental knowledge and grow relationships with patients and peers.

Hygiene Coordinator

Hailey was born and raised in Neosho, MO! After high school she went on to play softball at Labette. She graduated from Missouri State University in 2017 with a Bachelors in Agriculture Business. She joined Four States Dental Care in 2022. Her favorite thing about her job is that she gets to know patients on a personal level and hears so many unique stories from people. 

In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Hailey has twin boys who keep her very busy and entertained!

Billing Specialist

Janet lives in Neosho and received her dental assistant training from Franklin Technology Center. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients feel good about their treatment and confident about their smiles.

Stacy

Insurance Supervisor

Stacy is originally from Joplin, MO but was raised all over as an Army brat. She has been in the dental field for 12 years, with her first 9 years being a dental assistant. She loves building relationships with her patients and making them feel comfortable in the office.

Elesia

Insurance Coordinator

Elesia is proud to call Stark City, Missouri home, where she lives with her husband and their wonderful son, Memphis. When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family on their farm, caring for their cows, horses, and goats. 

New to the dental field, Elesia has embraced the change of scenery and enjoys learning the ins and outs of dental insurance. She feels truly grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive team at Four States Dental Care.

Dental Assistant Training and Development Manager

Amy lives in Pierce City and is a familiar face at Four States Dental Care since she's been with the practice for over 27 years. She received her training at Ozarks Technical Community College and what she enjoys most about her job is being part of a team that provides exceptional dental care for patients.

If she's not taking care of patients, you can bet you'll find Amy watching chick flicks and eating popcorn!

Whitney

Registered Dental Hygienist

Whitney has living in SWMO since 2001. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2010  with a Bachelors in Health Science and as Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been with Four States Dental Care since she graduated. Whitney says, " I adore my patients and want the best for them. Meeting so many new people over the years has been amazing and many have become dear friends. I genuinely want my patients to be as comfortable as possible and know that my goal is to help them achieve their optimal oral health the best that I can."

Whitney lives on a small farm with her husband, and she loves animals! She enjoys plants, photography and reading in her spare time.

Sara

Director of Clinical Operations

Sara is originally from Joplin, MO, and she’s been with Four States Dental Care since 2005 when she started as a financial coordinator. She received her dental hygiene training from Ozark Technical Community College.

Sara loves getting to know her patients on a personal basis, which allows her to help them achieve their health goals.

In her spare time, Sara can be found spending time with her husband and children. However, she does love crafting with friends!

Debbie

Hygiene Assistant

Debbie lives in Pierce City and has been a part of the Four States Dental Care team since 2016. Her favorite part of being a Hygiene Assistant is watching children grow up in the practice.

You will find Debbie spending time with her grandchildren when she's not at the dental office.

Kortley

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kortley is originally from N.E. Oklahoma. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University with her Bachelor of Science - Dental Hygiene in 2012. Kortley now lives in Neosho, MO with her husband, Jacob and son, Carter. She enjoys dentistry because she loves meeting new people and looks forward to building relationships with her patients. 

Kortley spends her free time with her family. She loves being outdoors or playing and watching sports.

Jesse

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jesse is from a small town in Kansas, LaCygne. He has lived in the 4 states area for the last 18 years, calling Carthage home for the last 4. He graduated from nursing school in 2010 from NEO A&M where he met his wife, Michelle. However, in 2012 he decided to change careers and go into the dental field. He started out as a dental assistant and eventually decided to go back to school to become a hygienist. In 2020, he graduated from Missouri Southern State University with his RDH. Jesse says, "I love what I do and couldn't be happier with the career change. I enjoy every day being able to be a part of my patients' journey to better oral health and a more beautiful smile."

Together, he and his wife have two children, Nolan and Jessa. When he is not at the office, he spends most of his time coaching his son in football and baseball and chasing his daughter around watching her grow and enjoy life. He loves to go on adventures with his family, creating new memories!

Shelby

Hygiene Assistant

Shelby is originally from Cabot, AR but recently moved to Seneca, MO. She has been in the dental field over 7 years, primarily working in orthodontics until joining Four States Dental Care. Shelby loves being able to build lasting connections through conversation and helping patients feel comfortable while in the chair with her.

Outside of the office you will find Shelby at the softball fields cheering on her daughter and spending time with family.

Anai

Lead Dental Assistant

Anai is from Fresno, CA, but she was primarily raised in SWMO. In 2018, she started her dental career as an orthodontic assistant. After falling in love with dentistry, she wanted to learn more. She joined Four States Dental Care in 2024, and she is excited to grow and learn more about general dentistry. 

Her favorite things to do outside of work is spend time with her kids at their little farm watching them grow and learn how to treat and raise animals.

Briseida

Dental Assistant - EFDA

Briseida is from Monett, MO. She went to Midwest Technical Institute where she received her RDA. She has been an assistant with FSDC since 2020. 

Briseida says, "I love my job because it allows me to have a positive impact on people's oral health. I enjoy the hands on nature of the work, the opportunity to interact with patients and the satisfaction of helping them feel comfortable and cared for." 

Outside of the office, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, going on bike rides and walks with my labradoodle, Frazier! She loves to golf and travel with her husband.

Dental Assistant - EFDA

Bailey is from Rocky Comfort, MO. After high school, she went on and got her Associates degree from Crowder College. Her plan is to go back to school for dental hygiene. She joined the dental field in 2022 and has since become an Expanded Functions dental assistant. She completed her dental assisting education at Ozark Technical Community College. Bailey loves dentistry because it allows her to build relationships and make a difference in someone's life.
