Dale A. Kunkel, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Dale Kunkel is originally from Corpus Christi, TX. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and has been serving patients in Missouri for over 35 years.

Providing exceptional and comprehensive dental care to his patients has always been Dr. Kunkel's primary focus, and he hand-selects his staff members to ensure that they have the same passion and dedication for serving patients that he does.

Dr. Kunkel is a family man, and when he's not taking care of patients, he also enjoys swimming, hunting, fishing, and cattle ranching.

Dr. Vineetha Duddu

Associate Dentist

Dr. Vineetha (Vinny) Duddu brings a unique blend of international experience and advanced dental expertise to Four States Dental Care. In 2010, she started at KLE University in India and graduated with a Bachelors in Dental Surgery in 2015. She graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2018 with a Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology. She worked as a Epidemiologist for 2.5 years before she pursued her passion for dentistry in the USA, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina in May of 2023. Dr. Vinny is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care, ensuring every patient feels at ease and well-cared for during their visit. 

She believes in fostering strong relationships with her patients, helping them achieve optimal oral health and radiant smiles. 

Outside of the practice, Dr. Vinny enjoys cooking and has a love for spicy food, which fuels her creativity in experimenting with new cuisines. She finds joy in creating unique culinary experiences, bringing the same level of passion and dedication to her cooking as she does to the dental practice. 

Emiley

Human Resource Director/Practice Manager

Emiley is originally from Neosho, MO. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in May of 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Management, and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Health-Science Business. She graduated from Stayer University with a Masters of Business Administration in September of 2023.

She enjoys working with the teams at Four States Dental Care. Her favorite part of her job is seeing team members grow and thrive in the dental world and give patients the best experience possible. 

In her spare time, Emiley enjoys spending time with her family, reading and going on walks. She has two daughters that keep her very busy when she is not at the office.

Kayla

Office Manager

Kayla is from Clever, MO. She has been married to her best friend since 2014, and together they have four beautiful children. Kayla has been with Four States Dental Care since 2019 and has grown from our Patient Care Coordinator to our Office Manager for Webb City. "I just can't see myself anywhere else," she says. She is bubbly, outgoing and cares about her team and patients.

Whenever Kayla is not at the dental office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, going to sporting events, swimming and fall festivals will always be her favorite thing to do! 

Shannon

Bookkeeper

Shannon was born and raised in Neosho and has resided here most of her life. She has 30 years of experience in accounting, and she joined FSDC in April of 2021. She enjoys working with all three offices and helping to manage the business side of operations. 

Shannon has been married for 21 years to her husband, Eric. Together they have four children, one grandson, two spoiled huskies and one boxer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the lake, hiking, biking or at her kids sporting events.

Marisol

Scheduling Specialist Supervisor

Marisol is originally from Topeka, KS and has been with Four States Dental Care since 2013. Marisol enjoys serving the community and loves seeing the confidence that a beautiful and healthy smile can give a patient. She is here to help you reach your dental treatment goals!

Serving others is what Marisol does in her spare time. She enjoys translating for the Hispanic community whenever she can, and she volunteers at Hope Kitchen every chance she gets. Marisol also loves reading, dancing, cooking, attending church, and spending time with family. She especially treasures her time with her nieces and nephews making crafts or playing games because she loves children!

Jaqueline

Insurance Coordinator

Jaqueline has lived in Neosho, MO her whole life. She joined Four States Dental Care in 2022 and has been a ray of sunshine and positive influence since. As the insurance coordinator, she takes pride in making sure the patients have accurate treatment plans, and she fights hard for patients' claims to be paid. 

In her spare time, she loves watching movies and spending time with her family!

Claudia

Insurance Coordinator

Claudia was raised in Neosho, MO. She has been in the customer service field for over 6 years and loves being able to help others. Claudia is one of the first faces you will see when coming to the office. One of her favorite aspects of her job is helping patients get the care they deserve and watching patients gain confidence with their oral health.

In her spare time she is an avid reader who enjoys taking her pets on hikes. 

Stephanie

Scheduling Coordinator

Stephanie grew up in Carl Junction, MO. She is happily married with two kiddos. She has been in customer service for over 15 years and enjoys providing a positive patient environment with each interaction. 

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, scrolling social media and coloring. 

McKaydee

Scheduling Coordinator

McKaydee grew up in Blackfoot, Idaho, and recently began her career in the dental field. 

She is excited to be part of the Webb City team and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.

Outside of the office, McKaydee enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring new hiking trails, working on creative crafts, attending church, and relaxing with a good romantic comedy.

Janet

Billing Specialist

Janet lives in Neosho and received her dental assistant training from Franklin Technology Center. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients feel good about their treatment and confident about their smiles.

Janet can be found spending quality time with her family when she's not taking care of patients.

Laura

Insurance Coordinator

Laura was born and raised in Frankenmuth, Michigan but has also lived in Indiana, Florida, and Arizona. Out of all of those places she fell in love with Missouri and decided to make it her home. Laura comes from a long background in the auto industry but has loved the career change and her new work family. 

She loves living in the country with her husband, 4 dogs, 18 chickens, and 4 ducks. Laura also enjoys spending her free time crocheting, watching football, kayaking, and going to rummage sales. 

Amy

Lead Dental Assistant - EFDA

Amy lives in Pierce City and is a familiar face at Four States Dental Care since she's been with the practice for over 27 years. She received her training at Ozarks Technical Community College and what she enjoys most about her job is being part of a team that provides exceptional dental care for patients.

If she's not taking care of patients, you can bet you'll find Amy watching chick flicks and eating popcorn!

Janelle

Dental Assistant

Janelle and her husband live in Joplin, MO. She graduated from Franklin Technology Center in 2021 with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She joined our team in 2023, and she is excited to further her education in the dental field.

When Janelle is not at the office you can find her shopping and spending time with her family and friends. She is a soon-to-be momma and cannot wait to welcome her daughter into the world. 

Sara

Director of Clinical Operations

Sara is originally from Joplin, MO, and she’s been with Four States Dental Care since 2005 when she started as a financial coordinator. She received her dental hygiene training from Ozark Technical Community College.

Sara loves getting to know her patients on a personal basis, which allows her to help them achieve their health goals.

In her spare time, Sara can be found spending time with her husband and children. However, she does love crafting with friends!

Allyson

Dental Assistant

Allyson was born and raised in Joplin, MO. She joined Four States Dental Care as a sterilization tech and has since moved up to a dental assistant. Allyson said, "I absolutely love the team that I work with and I enjoy being able to brighten the smiles of the patients that I meet." 

When she isn't at work, she spends time with her family, playing video games, watching movies and eating popcorn. 

Daphne

Dental Assistant

Daphne graduated from MTI with a certificate in Dental Assisting in March of 2024. Shortly after graduating, she joined Four States Dental Care. She is currently enrolled at OTC to complete her Expanded Functions in dental assisting. She loves to learn new things in the dental field and is excited for all the growth opportunities within the field. 

In her free time, she loves going to the lake, spending time with family and friends and she is always down for pizza!

Elly

Dental Assistant

Elly was born and raised in Joplin, MO. She is a busy mom to five perfect kiddos. Before joining our team, she was a stay at home mom for three years, but she worked in orthodontics before that. She joined FSDC in 2024 and is excited to further her education in the dental field with future goals to pursue a career in dental hygiene. 

Elly loves God, family, being outdoors and baking, In her spare time you can find her navigating the wild seas of motherhood, one coffee cup at a time.

Dental Assistant

Desiree was born and raised in Galena, Kansas. Before starting her career in dentistry, she spent eight years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a passion for caring for others. Though new to the dental field, she has quickly grown to love the profession and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. 

Outside of work, Desiree loves spending time with her husband, children, and their beagle, Maple. She also enjoys relaxing with her favorite TV show, Friends. 

Britni

Corporate Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Britni graduated from The Dental Staff Institute of Charlotte, NC in 2011 and received her expanded functions certificates in 2016. She has worked in general dentistry over 10 years, coming from a small practice in western North Carolina. Britni has always loved teeth and truly enjoys helping patients gain confidence as they restore their beautiful smiles. 

Her and her husband relocated to Missouri in 2024 to be a church transplant. So far, they are loving Missouri and all of its natural beauty. When she is not in the office she enjoys helping people, and spending time volunteering in their Bible ministry. Britni also loves baking and watching musicals. 

Abbey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Abbey is from Carthage, MO, and she received her training from Missouri Southern State University. Abbey considers the best part of her job the confidence and happiness she brings to her patients by helping them reach their dental goals.

When she's not at the dental office, Abbey can be found fishing and spending time with her three kids.

Mikayla

Hygiene Assistant

Mikayla born and raised in East Texas. She went to Labette Community College to play volleyball. She graduated in 2017 with her associates in Applied Science. Her and her husband met in college and decided to start their family in Webb City, MO. She has been in the healthcare field for over 6 years. She joined Four States Dental Care in 2024 as our Sterilization Tech, and has since moved to one of our Hygiene Assistants. Mikayla loves the opportunity for growth and personal improvement that comes with working in the dental field. 

When she is not at the office, you can find her coaching volleyball, entertaining her toddler son and spending time outdoors. 

Gretchen

Hygienist

Gretchen grew up in Ohio and has had the opportunity to live in many places across the U.S. For the past 14 years, she and  her husband have called South Overland Park, Kansas, home before recently relocating to the Joplin area. Together, they have six children and two dogs. 

After high school, Gretchen attended BYU-Idaho and later earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Concorde College in Kansas City. She brings experience from both general dentistry and periodontics and has a true passion for helping patients achieve healthy smiles. Gretchen has also served on three dental mission trips to Honduras, where her most meaningful memories came from caring for children at local orphanages.

Outside the office, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, whether that means going on adventures, relaxing together, or serving within her church community. 

Tracie

Hygiene Assistant

Tracie is new to the dental field but is so far loving every part. She loves learning new things and this has given her ample opportunity to learn and continue to grow in her career.

When she is not in the office you can find her spending quality time with her husband and amazing kids. They enjoy doing things outdoors such as kayaking, rollerblading, and motocross!

Ashlynn

Sterilization Tech

Ashlynn is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and has several years of customer service experience. Her favorite part of her job is seeing patients leave feeling more confident about their smile. Although dental is new to Ashlynn, she is enjoying learning new things, every day.

In her free time away from the office, Ashlynn likes to read, hang out with friends, and cook.
